Mastering the Patty

  1. Prepare: Shape your ground meat into a rough ball. For easy removal, we recommend using a patty divider.
  2. Form: Lower the press and apply firm downward pressure. More pressure will result in a firmer, thinner patty.
  3. Stack: If freezing or preparing in bulk, use patty dividers between each layer.
  4. Care: Wash with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. This unit is maintenance-free by design.
Pro Tip: This press works perfectly with beef, chicken, pork, or plant-based mince. Cold mince usually holds its shape better during the pressing process.
