Should have made the purchase years ago... Best slicer ever, study, sharp and slices biltong in no time with almost no effort. Love the ability to set slice thickness.... highly recommended to anyone who needs to slice their biltong..
My slicer arrived within the same week as purchased, despite being advised of a 3 week delivery!!….Very impressed. The product is robust and everything I expected from such a strong brand. I spent time deliberating on whether to purchase the item, which had a carriage charge valued as much as the product. (Sending to the UK) I took the plunge and I am extremely happy with my decision and the product. I am looking forward to making more biltong, as the cutter takes all of the effort out of slicing.
